Restaurant Ansoler was born from the shared dream of Jaume Soler and Anne-Sophie Breysem. Jaume brings together his Spanish roots with Anne-Sophie's Belgian roots. Together they bring gastronomic cuisine with often a humorous wink and their own interpretations of classics. Anne-Sophie and Jaume are confident about their concept. "We are young but incredibly driven. We simply know what we want: to remain ourselves. Every guest should leave here with a nice feeling. We want to come out surprising, at a high level. Ambitious? Yes, absolutely. The mention in Gault & Millau and Michelin Guide has already done us a lot of good. Throughout his career, Jaume has gained experience in the world's best restaurants such as Celler de can Roca, Eleven Madison Park, L'air du temps, Luc Bellings,.... He combines that knowledge with that of Anne-Sophie who was awarded the title of "Ladychef of the Year" 2015. Together they combine their knowledge to make your experience as memorable as possible....

We hebben een 3 gangen lunchmenu genomen op zterdagmiddag. Zeer verassend met heel leuke hapjes vooraf. Elk gerecht was afgewerkt tot in de puntjes, de smaken perfect op mekaar afgestemd.Gewoonweg heerlijk! De service aan tafel was TOP!
