Het is teleurstellend om te horen dat mijn dochter en haar vriend een onaangename ervaring hadden in dit Italiaanse restaurant vanwege het niet bestellen van alcohol. Het is essentieel dat restaurants klanten respectvol behandelen, ongeacht hun bestelling. Deze onvriendelijke houding getuigt van een gebrek aan professionaliteit en klantenservice. Als consument verdien je beter dan dat. Hopelijk kan het jullie houding heroverwegen en klanten gelijkwaardig behandelen, ongeacht hun bestelling en leeftijd. 16 jarigen hebben heus wel geld maar vooraleer jullie 2 jonge mensen bijna letterlijk buiten kuisen, misschien eerst es nadenken…

Great tasting Italian food prepared by a true...

Great tasting Italian food prepared by a true Italian chef in a nice setting. Would be good if an additional staff member would be present for service, not a huge deal, it’s just a lot of work for 1 person (who did a great job still)
