Spaghetti vongole, verse ravioli, porchetta, tomate crevette friet,… met duurzame ingrediënten van de hoogste kwaliteit. An homage to our grandmothers cucina povera from Puglia. She got up very early every morning to buy fresh ingredients at the farm around the corner. Mamina prepared simple but amazing meals with mountains of love for her children and grandchildren. Organic, local, seasonable was just normal at that time as well as making fresh pasta every single day. The smell of raw dough and the gesture of making orecchiette remembers our heartwarming summer holidays. We treasure the sense of hospitality and Italian generosity that she passed trough her cooking. Cooking and eating brings people together, gives a meaning to life and creates joy and happiness. Especially when we're completely aware about all the links of the circle and the beauty and abundance of mother earth.
