Welcome to Bistro Boudoir Since last fall, Bistro Boudoir has been sailing under a new flag. The crew of Boudoir (bis) is the same as that of Sable Blanc at the Casino and Coupe De Nice in Heist. Managing director and catering tycoon Dylan van der Mynsbrugge knows the ropes like no other. He therefore did not detract from the typical interior of the house. The Parisian join de vivre style is still emphatically present and what comes on the table is transformed into tasty little paintings by the new chef and Mastercook of Belgium Christian Van den Ouden (ex-Mascotte Casino Knokke). By the way, there will be a whole new menu at Bistro Boudoir starting in early December.
