The Quartier Latin Resto-Pub is the place where gourmets meet. Its seasonal cooking highlights the best local produce, uniting gastronomy with simplicity.
The Quartier Latin Resto-Pub is also a venue much prized by the locals - the good people of Marche - as "the place to be" when it comes to enjoying a "no frills" meal.
Natural materials such as wood and marble, which were selected for the renovation in early 2023, bring warmth to the Brasserie's decoration. The renovations also include a brand new open kitchen.
During the summer months the large terrace adjoining the restaurant provides an agreeable venue for sampling our food in unequalled surroundings.
