Preferably from their own region and if possible from their own vegetable garden. This is how they use the Parilla: Designed and built using advanced engineering, respecting the purest and simplest ancestral culinary techniques. A kitchen with an open grill is a kitchen with candor. Jones is located far from urban congestion in a green setting, but close to major approach roads. From the parking lot you can walk through the herb garden and between the fruit trees to the entrance. A first aromatic tingle in preparation for what is about to come out of the kitchen.
